Chef Hubert Keller Makes Dark Chocolate Souffle With Dark Jamaican Rum

The Chew's Daphne Oz headed off to Las Vegas to visit Chef Hubert Keller's restaurant Fleur which is in the Mandalay hotel. The classically trained French chef says that souffles are back. He whips up dark chocolate souffles with the addition of dark Jamaican run for a special flavor kick. Chef Keller says the quality of the souffle is all about the quality of the chocolate you use. While he's waiting for the souffles to cook, he shows off the deejaying skills he's learned in Vegas. But back to the souffles. They look delicious. Take a look:
