Chef Jack Lee Catering Adds $100 Lobster Egg Roll

Chef Jack Lee Catering has announced the addition of a $100.00 Lobster Egg Roll. The dish includes Maine Lobster, shark fin, julienne baby carrots, shitake mushrooms and wild taro root, coupled with fresh raspberry and a 2009 Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc and Bird Nest (Caviar of the East) infusion, and topped for a perfect finish with Sveruga caviar. The use of shark's fin is controversial. The California government is considering a bill to ban it. About 85% of U.S. shark-fin consumption occurs in California according to a KPBS story.
