Jourdan Dunn has joined Maybelline New York as a new face of the brand. Jourdan was first discovered by a model scout while out with friends. She has covered walked the runways for major labels and appeared in campaigns for Saint Laurent, Burberry, Gap, Calvin Klein, H&M, Gap and many other brands. She also hosts a cooking show, called Well Dunn with Jourdan Dunn.
Jourdan is also a proud mother. Her son, Riley, was diagnosed with sickle cell anemia. This has led to Jourdan's active involvement as the Parent Ambassador for the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America.
Jourdan says in a statement, "It is an honor to be a spokesperson for such an iconic brand. I am proud to say that I am a Maybelline girl and hopefully I can make people feel the same way I did when I saw the advertisements growing up. The brand imagery is always beautiful and positive. To now be a part of that is a dream come true!"
