Luxury NYC Apartment Costs $75,000 a Month

A newly renovated high-end townhouse apartment is available at 6 West 9th Street in New York City. The five floor apartment has a total of 9,000 square feet. Halstead Property describes the townhouse as a "modernist masterpiece" in the listing. The apartment includes a free-standing elevator clad in cashmere grey mist granite that rises 65-feet and is wrapped by a floating sculptural origami steel staircase. The house was also designed to smart house where you can access security, lightning and everything through your iPhone and iPad. It even has a meditation garden.
