Royal Caribbean International's new Allure of the Seas will include the first Starbucks at sea. The Allure of the Seas is billed as the world's largest cruise ship. The ship spans 16 decks, encompasses 225,282 gross registered tons, carries 5,400 guests at double occupancy, and features 2,700 staterooms. The Starbucks at sea will be open between 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Seattle's Best Coffee will also be served throughout the cruise ship.
Chris Carr, senior vice president and general manager of Starbucks Licensed Stores, says, "We are always looking for unique ways and places to connect with our customers and deliver the Starbucks Experience. Starbucks presence aboard Allure of the Seas is another place where our customers want and expect us to be."
