Amazon Prime Day 2017 Will Run 30 Hours Starting July 10th

Amazon will hold its big Prime Day sale again this July. There will be 30 consecutive hours of deals this year. Prime Day 2017 will start at 9 pm ET on July 10th and run through July 11th. There will be hundreds of thousands of deals.

Amazon says it has expanded Prime Day to 13 countries. The deals are available exclusively to Prime members. A free 30-day trial to Amazon Prime is available. Amazon says there will be new deals as often as every five minutes. The deals include offers from thousands of small businesses.

Greg Greeley, Vice President, Amazon Prime, says in a the announcement, "Our members love Prime Day and we have been thrilled by the response over the last two years. It is inspiring us to make it even better this year for Prime members. Every part of our business is working to deliver more deals for a record number of shoppers. This year's Prime Day is too big for 24 hours – so we're giving Prime members 30 hours to shop!"

Amazon says it will have deals organized by 20 of the most-shopped themes this year, such as pet lovers and gardeners. Amazon is promising "amazing TV deals" from a variety of brands, including the Element 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV - Amazon Fire TV Edition. Amazon says this will be "one of its largest total volume TV deals in history with a record level of inventory."

Amazon has made a few deals already for Prime members ahead of the big day of deals. The deals include four months of Amazon Music Unlimited for $0.99. Other deals include up to 40% off Kindle Unlimited, $10 off when you stream a video included in Prime for the first time on your TV and up to $80 off Prime exclusive phones. The deals can all be found on the Amazon Prime site.
