Angelina Jolie graces the November 2015 issue of Vogue. She looks fabulous at the beach wearing a black and white Saint Laurent by Hedi Slimane sweater. The cover shoot was photographed by Annie Leibovitz.

The cover photos include Angelina on the beach with her family. They also include a stunning photo of Angelina partially in the ocean while wearing a Calvin Klein dress. She hugs Vivienne who is wearing a bunny costume in another photo.

Angelina is the screenwriter, director, producer and star of By the Sea. Her husband, Brad Pitt, co-stars in the movie. In the interview, Angelina says that the film is "not autobiographical" even though it stars both of them. Vogue says the film is "deeply personal" and loosely drawn from the life of Angelina's mother.

Angelina says, "Brad and I have our issues, but if the characters were even remotely close to our problems we couldn't have made the film." She also says she and Brad have called the script the "crazy one" and the "worst idea." She says, "As artists we wanted something that took us out of our comfort zones. Just being raw actors. It's not the safest idea. But life is short."

Angelina also talked about her surgical procedures which she says connected her to other women. She says, "It really connected me to other women. I wish my mom had been able to make those choices." She also says, "I feel grounded as a woman. I know others do too. Both of the women in my family, my mother and my grandmother started dying in their 40s. I'm 40. I can't wait to hit 50 and know I made it."

Angelina also talked about her future in the film industry. It does not include as much acting. She says, "What a crazy job! I'm almost enjoying it more now that I see it as something I've been fortunate to be part of. Maybe in the next few years I'll finish being in front of the camera. I'll be happier behind it. I'm happy to be home. I want to really focus on my children, doing the best I can to guide and protect them before they are out of the house. These are their most important years."

By the Sea arrives in theaters on November 13, 2015. Here's the trailer:
