Apple has added a 16GB iPod Touch with iSight camera to its iPod Touch lineup. The 5 megapixel iSight camera provides 1080p HD video recording. The iPod Touch also Apple's A5 chip and FaceTime camera.

The 16GB device will be available in pink, yellow, blue, silver, space gray and red. The 16GB iPod will cost $199. Apple also lowered the prices for the 32GB from $299 to $249 and the 64GB from $399 to $299. That's a 25% price reduction for the 64GB model.

Apple's iPod sales have been falling as customers are buying more iPhones and iPads from the leading gadget manufacturer. The Wall Street Journal reports that the iPod is now one of the lowest contributors to Apple's top line.
