Barnes and Noble Sells Calendar Club Stake

Barnes & Noble Inc has sold its majority interest in Calendar Club back to Calendar Club and its CEO Mark Winkelman for about $7 million ($1 million in cash and $6 million in notes). Calendar Club stores carry calendars, games, posters, puzzles and music boxes. The company operates kiosks and in malls and outlet centers. Calendar Club also runs the Calendars.com online store.

Reuters says the two companies will maintain a working relatioship.
