Car dealerships and car manufacturers are offering big price drops and incentives to sell cars at the end of 2010 and the beginning of 2011. USA Today has a list of the best year-end car deals here. USNews.com also lists some car deals here that expire on January 3, 2011. Several manufacturers are offering 0% APR financing for as long as 60 months on select models as well as cash back offers.

Car buyers will definitely want to consider the rising price of gas when making a purchase. The national average gas price is $3.06 according to the AAA's Fuel Gauge Report, which is about 46 cents higher than a year ago. The AP says some analysts are forecasting $5 gas in 2011. Take a look:
