Chef Ming Tsai Makes Sweet & Sour Chicken

Chef Ming Tsai will be at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival on October 11th. He shares a Sweet & Sour Chicken stir-fry recipe in this video, for those who cannot attend the festival. The video was shot from Tsai's restaurant, the Blue Ginger.

Tsai sears the chicken first in canola oil and then sets it aside and cooks the other ingredients before bringing the chicken back to the pan. You can find the recipe here on the Disney Parks blog. Take a look:
