Chris Brown Charged With Misdemeanor Hit-and-Run in Los Angeles

CBS Los Angeles reports that Chris Brown has been charged with misdemeanor hit-and-run and driving without a valid license in Los Angeles. The incident occurred on May 21, 2013. Brown is accused of read-ending a Mercedes. After the accident, Brown reportedly gave fake insurance information to the driver, refused to turn over his license and then left the scene.

Brown claims on Twitter that he did give the woman the right information. He says the woman "saw cameras and wanted to make a scene."

Tweets are not going to be good enough. Brown will have to explain his behavior in court. Take a look:
