Cleopatra Restored by Twentieth Century Fox for 50th Anniversary, Returns to Big Screen

Regal Entertainment Group has announces that the Twentieth Century Fox epic, Cleopatra will return to the big screen to commemorate its 50th anniversary. Tickets are on sale now online and at 75 participating Regal Cinemas, United Artists and Edwards Theatres for the May 22 return.

The 1953 film stars Elizabeth Taylor at Cleopatra, Richard Burton as Mark Anthony and Rex Harrison as Julius Caesar. Twentieth Century Fox has meticulously restored the 243-minute film to commemorate its 50th anniversary.

Regal will present Cleopatra at 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. for one day only on Wednesday, May 22. Information about tickets and participating theaters can be found here.
