Conan Unearths Heather Locklear Aerobics Video

Heather Locklear was a recent guest on Conan. Conan unearthed a clip of Heather's aerobics video from 1990.

Heather said she had never taken aerobics before she made the instructional aerobics video. She says they just told her what to do through an ear piece. Heather admitted the clip was "ridiculous."

Andy Richter joked that Heather invented slow-motion twerking. Take a look:
