Conde Nast and HSN to Launch Bon Appetit Culinary Products
Posted on October 27, 2011Conde Nast and HSN have announced an agreement to create a new collection of culinary products under the Bon Appetit label. The products will be sold exclusively through HSN. The collection will launch on January 31, 2012.
The collection will include modern stainless steel cookware, small appliances, cutlery and prep tools. Each item will be produced in partnership with Bon Appetit experts and tested in the magazine's test kitchen. New additions to the collection will be added every other month. Bon Appetit's resources will be utilized to bring the brand to life on HSN. Experts from the Bon Appetit Test Kitchen will also appear on-air to offer tips, recipes and cooking demonstrations.
Adam Rapoport, editor in chief of Bon Appetit, said in a statement, "In the magazine, we often talk about the tools needed to bring a menu to life, and therefore we felt it was extremely important to create a line that would allow home cooks to get the most from their favorite recipes and strengthen the trust readers already have in Bon Appetit."
