The next CowParade exhibit will take place in San Luis Obispo County in California's central coast. The art exhibit will feature 101 life-sized fiberglass cows that have been decorated by sponsored artists. The cows will be displayed in the front meadow at the Madonna Inn.

The cow pictured above is NipoMoo. It is one of the 101 cows that will be on display. NipoMoo is decorated by Nipomo, CA artist Karen Floyd. The cows will move around the country for seven months after the Madonna Inn display. They will then be auctioned for charity.

Chuck Davison, president and CEO of Visit SLO County, says in a statement, "For San Luis Obispo County to be selected to host CowParade demonstrates our draw as a top-notch tourism destination and the amazing pool of creative artists we have in the area."

The CowParade website is located at CowParadeSLO.com.
