Crane Dangles From Luxury High-Rise in New York City

A construction crane dangles from One57 tower, a luxury high-rise in New York City after being blown by a powerful gust of wind. The streets below the crane and residents from nearby buildings on West 57th Street have been evacuated in case the crane crashes to the ground. CNN reports that the tower is offering some of the most expensive apartments in Manhattan, with one of the apartments recently closing for over $90 million. Take a look:
