Dr. Alan Kozarsky Discusses Why Sunglasses are Crucial to Prevent Eye Disease

We read a great deal about how sunblock can help prevent skin cancer and wrinkles. But you should also be protecting your eyes from sunlight every time you step outside. Opthamologist Dr. Alan Kozarsky says that wearing 100% UV protection will protect your eyes from cataracts and macular degeneration. Sunglasses also prevent growths on the eye and on the eyelids. Dr. Kozarsky says you should feel naked without your sunglasses on. He says children should wear them, too. Take a look:
