Dream on Me recalled 10,000 playpens earlier this month. The recall was for a possible strangulation hazard if one of the playpen's rails collapses.

A recall notice was issued by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Recall information can also found on dreamonme.com, the manufacturer's website.

The voluntary recall is for 10,000 units of Dream on Me's Incredible Play Yard product. The item was sold through Amazon.com, Toysrus.com, Walmart.com and other online retailers from March 2010 through January 2014. The recall product numbers include 436A, 436B, 436G, 436O, 436P and 436R. The model number is located on the product's mattress pad. Dream On Me is offering a free replacement kit to consumers that own the recalled Play Yard product. Consumers are advised to immediately stop using the product.

The CPSC says there have been no reported injuries with the product.
