Duchess of Cambridge in Early Stages of Labor

Royal officials have announced that the Duchess of Cambridge is an the early stages of labor. Kate Middleton left for the hospital with her husband, Prince William, The Duke of Cambridge.
Royal officials released the following statement: "Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge has been admitted to St. Mary's Hospital, Paddington, London in the early stages of labour. The Duchess travelled by car from Kensington Palace to the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital with The Duke of Cambridge."
The release was posted on The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's official website along with a photo of the entrance to the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital. The Lindo Wing is a dedicated private facility within St Mary's Hospital that includes an obstetric unit.
NBC reports that royal infant will be third in line to the British throne. NBC also says palace officials say the Duke and Duchess did not know their child's gender before Kate went into labor.
CNN reports that St. James's Palace announced earlier this month that the baby's title will be: "His or Her Royal Highness Prince or Princess (the baby's name) of Cambridge."
The official birth announcement that the royal baby has been born will be posted on an easel at the Buckingham Palace.
