Duchess of Cambridge Wears Red Dress by Alexander McQueen for Diamond Jubilee Flotilla

The River Thames was filled with more than 1,000 boats as a tribute to Queen Elizabeth on her Diamond Jubilee celebrating 60 years on the British throne. Senior members of the royal family was aboard the royal barge, The Spirit of Chartwell. The Queen wore an ivory dress and coat designed by Angela Kelly. The Duchess of Cambridge looked stunning in a red dress by Alexander McQueen. Catherine is also the Countess of Strathearn in Scotland, and carried a scarf made of Strathearn tartan. It rained for much of the event, but Catherine and the Queen carried on with umbrellas that matched their dresses. Take a look:
