Elettra Wiedemann Talks Pop-up Restaurant, Triathlon Training

Elettra Wiedemann, daughter of Isabella Rosselini and Jon Wiedemann, appeared on CBS This Morning to talk about Goodness, her pop-up restaurant. The restaurant has popped up at during New York Fashion Week and at an event in Iceland.

Elettra says, "I kind of created Goodness for me because I was always at these Fashion Weeks and I was always wanting to eat something healthy, that I could get easily and be on the go and engage in the local culinary scene. I'd be in all these amazing cities and I'd want to go to this restaurant or that restaurant, but I wouldn't be allowed to able to and so now they all come to me. So, I created it for me and I'm lucky that other people think it's a great idea."

Elettra says she recently started training for triathlon and she is totally obsessed with it. Take a look:
