Fashion Conundrum: Are Jeans Appropriate Everywhere?

The Wall Street Journal's Neil Hickey takes a look at a current battleground in fashion: the appropriateness of jeans for visiting the theater, upscale restaurants and church. Neil took a look at what the consensus is in Washington, D.C. Jeans are becoming more accepted even at places like the Old Ebbitt Grill.
