First Look at New Ghostbusters Action Figures

Director Paul Feig has shared the first look at the action figures for the upcoming film, Ghostbusters. The new movie features an all female team of Ghosbusters played by Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon.

The lifelike Ghostbusters action figures from Mattel are 6-inches tall. They are wearing Ghostbusters uniforms, boots and equipped with proton packs. Melissa's and Kate's action figures are wearing shades. Feig says in his tweet that the toys are "Mattel 6 prototypes."

The movie arrives in theaters on July 15 so the new action figures will arrive on store shelves around the same time or earlier. Other stars of the film include Chris Hemsworth, Elizabeth Perkins and Andy Garcia.
