Gas Prices Climb as Memorial Day Weekend Approaches

ABC News reports that gas prices are spiking heading into the Memorial Day weekend. Gas prices have been climbing the latest 17 straight days. The nationwide average is $3.66, according to the Fuel Guage Report. The is about 14 cents higher than a month, but a couple cents less than a year ago.

Rebecca Jarvis reports that the Midwest is being hardest hit by high gas prices. Refinery work in the middle of the U.S. is causing record prices, with some area seeing prices well over $4 a gallon. Take a look:
