Gas Prices Falling Thanks to Sluggish Economy and No Hurricanes

ABC News is reporting that gas prices could reach lows not seen in years just ahead of the holidays. The weak economy is pushing gas prices lower. The lack of new turmoil in the Middle East and a hurricane season without a threat are also helping. Gas prices have fallen about 25 cents in the past month and a half. ABC News says prices could fall by another 20 cents before the holidays. This would put the U.S. national average gas price at around $3.15 a gallon and below the $3 mark in many states. Take a look:
