Gas prices continue to rise. CNN reports that gas prices have climbed for 15 consecutive days and are closing in on the all-time average nationwide high of $4.114. Gas prices are up 20% so far this year. The current nationwide average is $3.707, which is about 40 cents off from the all-time high.
The AAA's Fuel Gauge Report shows gas prices have been rising since last August. Gas prices are about 90 cents higher than they were this time last year and 20 cents higher than just one month ago.
