Goop Launches Organic Skincare Brand

Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop brand has launched an organic skincare line. It launches with six products including creams, cleanser and moisturizers. Goop partnered with Juice Beauty, a California company known for making non-toxic products.

Gwyneth describes some of the ingredients such as aloe and hyaluronic acid in a note on Goop. She says, "Aloe, apple, lemon, and grape juices deliver glow, peptides and linseed extract help to firm skin, hyaluronic acid plumps and smoothes fine lines, vitamin C works to clean up the age spots, and meristem plant cells minimize wrinkles and brighten skin tone."

Gwyneth also says, "We literally did not rest until we had a set of six products that are, quite simply, perfect. Safe enough for our daughters, and powerful enough for those of us who have maybe spent too much time in the sun. I hope you love them as much as I do."

The six new products include a melting cleanser, exfoliating instant facial, enriching face oil, revitalizing day moisturizer, replenish night cream and perfecting eye cream. The products range in price from $90 to $140. Goop also sells a set of four, The Discovery Set, for $125. The skin can line can be shopped online at Goop. It can also be found at select boutiques.
