Guests Locked Out of Denver Marriott When Computer Key System Fails

A downside of computer key systems is you cannot get in your room if the computer system fails. This happened at a Denver Marriott on New Year's Eve. Over 3,000 guests were locked out of their rooms for several hours. Take a look:
