High Roller, the World's Highest Observation Wheel, Opens in Las Vegas

The High Roller has opened in Las Vegas. It is the world's highest observation wheel. 1,000 people can ride the High Roller at one time. The 550-foot-tall ferris wheel features 28 spherical cabins with glass windows that can each hold 40 people. The cabins are air conditioned. It takes about 30 minutes for the High Roller to make one full revolution. The High Roller is part of The Linq from Caesars Entertainment.

The AP's Haven Daley says Dubai is already working on an even bigger wheel, which will open in a year or two. Take a look:
