Karl Lagerfeld's Large Colored Pencil Set Quickly Sells Out

Posted on September 1, 2016

Karl Lagerfeld recently launched a large collection of colored pencils called Karlbox. Lagerfeld partnered with Faber-Castell for the collection which includes over 350 tools for drawing and painting.

Only 2500 of the Karlbox sets were made. Some of the items in the collection included 120 Albrecht Durer artists' watercolor pencils, five Graphite Aquarelle pencils for painting, 120 polychromos artists' pencils and pastels, 60 Pitt Artist pens brushes, Four Pitt Graphite Crayons and much more.

Lagerfeld says, "What amuses me while drawing is the fact to draw. To me drawing is like breathing and writing. These are things that almost relax me."

The item is listed on karl.com. The Hollywood Reporter reports that the luxury product appears to have sold out the same day it was listed.
