Forbes has named Lady Gaga as the World's Most Powerful Celebrity. Lady Gaga topped this year's Forbes' 2011 Celebrity 100 List. Lady Gaga earned $90 million - $200 million less than Oprah - but Forbes says Lady Gaga's 32 million Facebook fans and 10 million Twitter followers give her the edge.
Justin Bieber debuts on the list this year at #3 with earnings of $53 million over the last 12 months. He is the youngest on the list at 17. Other notable newcomers to the list include Katy Perry (No. 12), actor Christopher Nolan (No. 47), actress Natalie Portman (No. 75), television actor Mark Harmon (No. 98) and reality TV star Bethenny Frankel (No. 42).
