Ella Maria Lani Yelich-O'Connor (Lorde) and Joel Little's hit song, "Royals," won Song of the Year at the 2014 Grammys. The song won against songs from Pink, Bruno Mars, Katy Perry and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis.

Lorde and Joel Little accepted the award, with Little speaking first. Little was funny when he thanked his manager and said "I like you a lot." Lorde thanked everyone for helping the song explode. She says it has been "mental." Take a look:

Lorde also won Best Pop Solo Performance for "Royals." Taylor shared this photo of her and Lorde on Twitter and wrote, "And you know...We're on each other's team." She also indicated Lorde was cleaning up at the Grammys with the #cleaningup hashtag.
