Matthew Williamson Partners With Benefit for Makeup Collection

Designer Matthew Williamson has partnered with Benefit cosmetics to launch a makeup collection inspired by the 70s and Studio 54. The collection, called The Rich is Back, includes an eyeshadow palette, mascara, gimme fever cheek powder with brush and lip gloss. The collection can be found on Sephora.com for $34.
Williamson talks about the beauty collection in an interview with Harper's Bazaar. He says his philosophy on beauty for women is the same as his clothes. He says, "It's not about forcing a square peg in a round hole, it is about individuality, accentuating what feels right for you. Makeup is a tool to help women feel confident and positive and I don't think there's one right way. I don't have one defined checklist because I don't have that in my clothes."
