Ronald McDonald's new clothes designed by Ann Hould-Ward


McDonald's has given Ronald McDonald has a new outfit. The fast food giant says the character will also take an active role on McDonald's social media channels. He will be using the #RonaldMcDonald hashtag when sharing on social media sites.

Ronald's new clothes were designed by theatrical designer Ann Hould-Ward. His wardrobe includes yellow cargo pants, vest and a red and white rugby shirt. Ronald's new look also includes a red blazer (pictured above) with the Golden Arches on the front packed and his signature on the back. Ronald's giant red shoes remain unchanged.

Ann says in a statement, "Designing new clothes for Ronald McDonald was one of the highlights of my career. I've worked with some really big names over the years and suiting up a living legend was a real thrill."
