Michelle, Sasha and Malia Obama receive the 2012 White House Christmas Tree


This morning First Lady Michelle Obama, daughters Sasha and Malia, and Bo, the Obamas' dog, received the official White House Christmas tree at the North Portico of the White House. The tree is a 19-foot Fraser Fir from Jefferson, North Carolina. As is customary, the tree arrived in a horse-drawn carriage with drivers wearing top hats. The tree will be decorated and put on display in the Blue Room. Every year since 1966 members of the National Christmas Tree Association have presented the official White House Christmas Tree to the First Family. Take a look:
