New Photos of Marilyn Monroe With Poet Carl Sandberg

Photographer Len Steckler chats with Meredith Vieira about the marvelous photos he's just released of Marilyn Monroe and Pulitzer-prize winning poet Carl Sandburg. Marilyn died eight months after these photos were taken. Len just happened to be there visiting Carl, when Marilyn showed up. She was wearing some fabulous cat eye sunglasses. She apologized for being late, saying she had been having her hair done "to match Carl's." Steckler is selling them as a limited edition series called "Marilyn Monroe: The Visit." Take a look:
