New York City Begins Gas Rationing

New York City has implemented gas rationing in an attempt to curb enormous lines at gas stations in New York City and on Long Island following Hurricane Sandy. New York City Mayor Bloomberg announced an odd-even license plate system for gasoline purchases on Friday morning.
