New Hatchimals Surprise Eggs Contain TwinsOctober 7, 2017
James Martin, head of robotics at Spin Master, tells CNN/Money, "[They] burst their way out of the top, very much like we see real animals come out of an egg. Their hatching experience is totally different [than the original]."
CNN/Money reports that it can take seven to fifteen minutes for the Hatchimal to get out of the egg. Owners of the egg have to interactive with it through touching and talking to encourage it to hatch. The second twin needs more help and has to be pulled out of the sparkled egg by hand. The new Hatchimals creatures include Peacat, Giraven (pictured above), Puppadee, Zuffin and Ligull.
Spin Master says each of the twins has its own personalities. One of the twin likes to move around and the other twin can repeat phrases. They learn new things at each stage of their development. Spin Master says they can "talk, dance, sing, tell jokes, play games and more." They will even bicker. Prices range from $59.99 to $69.99. You can find them on Walmart, Amazon.com other toy sellers.
