Oreo Pride Cookie

Oreo posted this image of a rainbow colored Oreo cookie on its Facebook page with the message, "Proudly support love!" The cookie is not real and Nabisco has no plans to make the cookie. The image also says, "Made with creme colors that do no exit." The colorful cookie was meant as an image of support for the gay community.

Much of the response to the cookie has been positive. The gay community and gay supporters rallied around the cookie. The Chicago Sun-Times reports that the cookie garnered 150,000 likes in just 12 hours. However, there are some who simply do not like the cookie and what it stands for. The Guardian reports that some who greatly dislike the Oreo Pride cookie are calling for an Oreo boycott.
