Panasonic to Enter High-Power Blender Market

Panasonic has announced the launch of its first high-power blender. The Panasonic MX-ZX1800 High-Power Blender was introduced at the International Home & Housewares Show (IHHS). It features a stainless steel six-blade cutting system.Panasonic says the blender chop, cream, blend, heat, grind and churn. It has a 1300 watt motor and a touch sensor control. It has six pre-programmed settings: smoothie, juice, frozen treats, puree/dip, nuts/coffee beans, and soup. The blender comes with a 1.8 liter capacity Tritan reinforced resin jar. Panasonic says the blender can pulverize ice, fruits and veggies in seconds.
The blender will retail for $599.95 and arrive in stores in August.
