Retired Painter Turns Home Into Polka Dot House

A retired painter from North Dakota has painted his 100-year-old home with polka dots. The city's senior planner reportedly sees the house as an eyesore because of its ugly paint job. The Grand Forks Herald reports that the owner of the house checked with City Hall and found no laws against a polka dot house. Take a look:
