Royal Wedding Drive: Prince William Drives Father's Aston Martin to Clarence House

Prince William and Kate Middleton drove from Buckingham Palace to Clarence House in Prince William's father's Aston Martin. The convertible Aston Martin Volante DB6 MKII in Seychelles blue has been owned by Prince of Wales since 1969. In June 2008, at the specific request of Prince Charles, who is keen that his cars should be run on sustainable fuel, the Aston Martin was converted to run on E85 bioethanol, made from English wine wastage. The car was decorated with balloons and tin cans and said Just Wed on the license plate. Take a look:
