Russian Cruise Capsizes in Volga River, 55 Dead

A Russian cruise ship, named Bulgaria, sank Sunday in the Volga River. The New York Daily News says the ship was overloaded, but it is not clear this is what caused the ship to capsize. The crowded ship was carrying 208 people, but was licensed to carry just 120 passengers. 80 survivors were pulled from the ship, but many remain missing. The death toll from the terrible accident is now 55. CBS News says the boat sank in just 8 minutes. Take a look:
