Justin Timberlake Monologue FIve Timers Club SNL


Justin Timberlake hosted Saturday Night Live for the fifth time and it was the best show of the year, no question. Justin participated in the Cold Open, which is not online due to music copyright issues. He plays Elton John in Caracas, Venezuela, doing a tribute to the late President Hugo Chavez ("hey, it's a gig." he explains). Justin's monologue was very funny. In it, he is inducted into The Five-Timers Club, which is the most exclusive club in New York. Only people who have hosted SNL five times are allowed to join. Justin was shown the ropes by members Steve Martin, Paul Simon, Tom Hanks, Candice Bergen, Alec Baldwin and Chevy Chase. Original cast member Dan Ackroyd was reduced to being a bartender and Martin Short was a waiter who sneezed all over the canapes. Short also gave an enthusiastic rendition of the Three Amigos Salute, although Chase and Martin refused to participate. Take a look:
