Soccer Coach Barbie Carries a Pink Whistle and Clipboard

Barbie became a soccer coach in 2008. The doll was sold in a playset that included two small uniformed players. Barbie wears a soccer uniform and carries a playbook and whistle. Barbie's shirt has a ball with wings on it. Her cute sporty shoes are pink and black. The set also included soccer balls, a goal post, trophy and other items.
There was also a book where Barbie is a soccer coach. The book, Barbie Soccer Coach, by Barbara Slate, was published in 1995 by Golden Books. Barbie can be seen holding a soccer ball while talking to a little girl on the cover.
