Sony Launches SmartWatch

Sony Mobile Communications has announced the launch of SmartWatch, a wearable device that extends the power of Android smartphones by sending information from your smartphone straight to your wrist. The watch connects to Android smartphones via Bluetooth. A vibration and screen alert can be used to notify you of key events, such as an incoming call. You can also get text, emails and updates from Facebook and Twitter on the SmartWatch.
The SmartWatch comes with a black rubber wristband. Wristbands in five additional colors are available for purchase. Some apps are available specifically for the SmartWatch through Google Play. The watch costs $149.99 and can be purchased online and at retailers, including Sony stores and Walmart. Take a look:
