Study Links Diet Containing Fruits and Vegetables to Reduced Lung Cancer Risk

CNN reports that a new study published in Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention found that a diet of a variety fruits and vegetables may decrease the risk of getting lung cancer. The study from the Netherlands examined the data of over 450,000 people. The diet appears to be the most effective in reducing squamous cell carcinoma. Not smoking is still the very best way to reduce lung cancer risk. Take a look:
