Trailer for Paradise Starring Julianne Hough, Russell Brand and Octavia Spencer

Oscar winning screenwriter Diablo Cody (Juno) makes her debut as a director with her film Paradise. The film stars Julianne Hough as a conservative, God-fearing woman who survives a terrible plane crash. She wants to experience the world outside her family's narrow worldview and so heads to Las Vegas with her insurance settlement money to see what the world has to offer.

Russell Brand, Octavia Spencer, Holly Hunter and Nick Offerman co-star in the dramedy. You can see the film on demand on DirecTV on August 9th. It opens in limited release nationwide in October. Take a look:
