The U.S. Postal Service has a line of cute Charlie Brown Christmas Forever stamps available this year. A new Peanuts movie, The Peanuts Movie, arrives in theaters on November 6 this year so the stamps have great timing.

The stamps were dedicated earlier this year at the Charles M. Schulz Museum in Santa Rosa, CA. The stamps feature 10 still frames from the 1965 TV special, A Charlie Brown Christmas to celebrate the movie's 50th anniversary. The Christmas special first aired on CBS on December 9, 1965. The special won the George Foster Peabody Award and an Emmy Award. The animated Christmas classic now airs annually on ABC.

Some of the scenes captured in the Forever stamps include Snoopy and children ice skating, Charlie Brown holding the little Christmas tree, Charlie Brown checking his mailbox and Charlie Brown and Pigpen building a snowman.

The stamps can be found in U.S. Postal locations and online at store.usps.com.
